Power adapter warehouse refers to the warehouse and site built or leased by power enterprises to store, keep, load, unload, handle and distribute goods related to switching power supply.

1、 Basic functions of power adapter warehouse

The basic function of switching power supply warehouse is to receive, send and store switching power supply related goods, including electronic components, switching power supply enclosures, switching power supply packaging materials, switching power supply production machinery accessories, switching power supply production auxiliary supplies, etc.

The power adapter warehouse receives the arrival of materials, the return of materials from other departments, and the finished products of power adapters, sends out normal switching power supply production materials, returns and replaces switching power supply products, transfers the production materials related to power adapters and switching power supply products, and stores all purchased switching power supply related materials.

2、 Power adapter warehouse batching process

The basic batching process of power adapter warehouse has two steps:

1. The power adapter materials enter the warehouse operation process. First, report the power adapter materials, fill in the paper material document, check the material quantity corresponding to the material document, investigate the relevant responsibilities if there is any error, and store them in the warehouse if there is no error.

2. In the process of power adapter warehouse discharging, the competent department or person in charge of the power adapter first signs the material document, then the picking personnel and the warehouse personnel check the switching power supply materials, and the warehouse personnel issue the corresponding materials and stock in the material document for storage.
